With reference to Mr. Southorn's despatch No.537 dated the 27th November, 1928, and Mr. Amery's

despatch No.101 dated 24th April, 1929, on the subject of

a draft ordinance to consolidate and amend the laws relating

to accessories to and abettors of indictable offences, I

have the honour to submit for the signification of His

Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:

"An Ordinance to amend the law relating to

accessories to and abettors of indictable

offences."
